The Space:
This studio apartment is located right on King St Newtown in the heart of the food, art and culture scene. Bars, restaurants and cafes saturate King St, with every type of food available. Enmore theatre, Vanguard and New Theatre are all within walking distance. The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the alternative vibe of Sydney. A short walk to Chinatown, Broadway and Sydney University.

The Neighborhood:
Fantastic location with Newtown, Enmore and Glebe all located within walking distance. You will enjoy feeling like a local. There are a great number of venues to choose from within walking distance, pubs, cafes, theatres and restaurants. Located just 4km from the centre of Sydney, and next to Newtown’s bars, nightclubs, Enmore Theatre, Sydney University, Broadway, Chinatown - you are right in the heart of everything.

Getting Around:
Train stations in Newtown and McDonaldtown, buses on King St. It’s very easy to get Sydney around using Newtown as your base. Direct bus to Bondi, City, or just stay local and enjoy the local amenities. Taxi to the City costs about $15.

We highly recommend using ride-sharing services.
