Kookaburra Beach House has recently had a stylish makeover!! The apartment has been updated and stylised into a warm and striking beachside apt.
The large, fully self-contained two-bedroom Art Deco apartment is in the perfect location. It is situated on the 1st floor of our grand 1920s Coogee residence with its original features and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The apartment is perfect for couples, working professionals and families with teenage children. It also has high ornate ceilings, timber oak herringbone flooring, a modern mosaic bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen, a separate sun-drenched office, and fully air-conditioned bedrooms.
The stairs from the main bedroom lead down to a lush landscaped tropical garden with outdoor dining, lounge and shower.
We, the owners, live on the ground floor of the building and are always available if needed.
Please note that we have a large, friendly, “handsome” dog who lives with us and frequents the garden.
The Space Kookaburra Beach House is conveniently situated 5 mins walk to the beach, 2 mins walk to shops and transport. It is a large stylish two-bedroom apt with a lush tropical garden downstairs.

Guest Access The Sun drenched terrace with dining table is on the downstairs mezzanine level. The landscaped tropical garden downstairs is a shared space with our family and dog and offers perfect outdoor living additions to the apartment.
Interaction with Guests We like to welcome our guests and be on call as we reside in the same building on the ground floor.
The Neighbourhood Coogee is a dream location. It has a village atmosphere, and we love it, trees, ocean and ocean baths. Getting around is easy with plenty of public transport.
Other Things to Note Kookaburra Beach House is a warm and friendly family atmosphere; it offers privacy and independence within a lovely family home. Guests feel at ease knowing that we live within the same building and are on call for their needs. The apt is on the top floor, so there are stairs - approximately 35 in total from street level, so not suitable for persons who have mobility or health problems.
We have a friendly family dog who lives on the premises...
