Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply - Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45. -Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180. -When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. - Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
