The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are allowed if reservation has already started. - Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed. - 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied. - 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied - 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply - We can prepare sofa beds upon requested at an extra cost of $35; Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $35. -Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply at AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180. -When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. - Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
