Positioned perfectly in the heart of Paddington, this light-filled and secluded studio is a cosy escape for business travellers or tourists alike. Small yet compact, it offers modern conveniences including Apple TV and Netflix and an espresso machine. You’ll be just a minute's walk to the famous Fiveways and are spoiled for choice when it comes to cafes, restaurants, and bars; a bus ride to Bondi or a short stroll down the hill to Rushcutters Bay.
The north-facing studio overlooks a beautiful tree-filled escarpment that runs down into the beautiful Sydney Harbour. The studio offers a full-sized kitchen with a fridge, freezer, electric stove top and oven, Nespresso machine, milk frother and all the utensils and essentials needed to whip up a home cooked meal. There is a grocery store down the street to stock up on supplies and numerous eateries and bars nearby if you’d rather eat out.

A murphy bed pulls out to a plush queen bed made with hotel quality linen and overlooks the beautiful view. For more space, put it back in the wall during the day.

In the corner you’ll find a flat screen TV complete with Apple TV and Netflix to meet your entertainment needs. There is also Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. A cosy reading nook complete with a leather chair and side table is the perfect spot to take in the sunset while you take in the bay breeze.

The sea foam blue tiled bathroom is pristine and flooded with natural light. There is a shared laundry on the basement level of the apartment.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire studio to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

Paddington is steeped in history and has been deemed one of Sydney's most beautiful suburbs. It's tree-lined streets are covered with quintessential terrace housing and authentic eateries. Check out the Royal for a classic Aussie pub experience or head down the street to Eat Thai, one of Paddington's favourite Asian eateries. Check out the Defiance Art galley for sculptures and paintings by Australian artists or visit the famed tourist attraction, Fiveways Paddington.

From the apartment, you can walk to Surry Hills or Darlinghurst and buses will take you directly into the city where you can visit the Opera House or the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Bondi Beach is only a short bus ride or Uber away.
