Conditions of Use

• For up to 14 people, guests will only have access to the house's downstairs (6 bedrooms in total downstairs )

• For 15 -20 people, guests will have access to double levels whole house, up to 8 bedrooms in the entire house, to host's discretion.

• Must register the actual number of guests correctly to approve your booking. Will require a list of each guest's full name and age detail to the host.
• Booking with an incorrect total guest stay number and an incomplete list of full names and ages will not be confirmed.

Complimentary included: offsite Twin Creeks Estate community facilities Tennis Courts, and Swimming Pool to enjoy during your stay on request at the time of reservation.

An Add-ons for special events function room hire fee, and bond of $500.00 will apply by Twin Creeks Community Function Hall subject to availability. Guests will take full responsibility and adhere to terms and conditions.

Conditions of booking:

• Your Bond will be refunded once the host is satisfied with no evidence of property damage during stays.
• NO PARTY OR EVENTS TO BE HELD IN THIS PROPERTY.

Other details to note

• Some items like the furnitures, paintings, and décor have been upgraded.
• Due to the covid and unexpected demand for toilet paper rolls, we will provide two rolls in each bathroom for each stay.
• Outdoor - BBQ stove, pizza oven provided and Indoor – Oven, cooktop, and fridge provided. Please MUST clean it after use. Otherwise, AUD$50-$100 extra fees will apply.

Cleaning before check-out:

• Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wash. After washing, pack away in cupboards before leaving.
• Place unused food in garbage bags and remove garbage bags into the red bins provided outside the house.
• Place all furniture in its original position on the check-in
• Leave the house clean as to how you have checked in as a courtesy.
• Turn off ALL light and aircon switch before you leave.
