The space
Think Hamptons beach house. So close to the sea you can hear the ocean but nothing else. Live a beach lifestyle, from the furniture, the weather, so close to Malabar beach and great cafes and shops, we love our uniquely designed home, and it has many stunning features, many places to enjoy, a fireplace, 2x large screen TV's, comfy lounges and beds. Stunning and large chef’s kitchen. plenty of space and airy bi fold doors to enjoy the sun and fresh air. Very clean and tidy. We have a country property that we go to so the space is free for you to enjoy. The master bedroom is so huge it is the size of a large hotel room in itself. We are sure you’ll fall in love with the area and want to come back time and time again!

Guest access
You will have access to the whole floor and garden and everything in it is for your enjoyment! We have professional working housemates on the top floor but they have their own entrance and living areas and do not use your area of the house. They are away most weekends also! It is a private and quiet space for you to enjoy. It's a quiet beach side neighborhood. Malabar beach is stunning with plenty to do. Close to shops and restaurants. Major shopping center a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of street parking as well as a parking spot internally.

Other things to note
There are so many extra features to this home, you’ll need to come and discover them! We entertain often and guests always comment that our home has so many different areas to enjoy and they are all private and different. They want to stay all day!!!
