• Original double hung windows (no screens) allowing plenty of fresh air.
• The apartment is on the top floor (for the best views!), with access via 2 flights of stairs from the main entrance, and a small set of steps along the side path from the garage.
• No air-conditioning - each bedroom has new ceiling fans and there's sea-breezes in the living room.
• A short steep hill to walk up to the unit from Manly.
• Outdoor paths around the building are uneven in parts.
• Laundry is located in a locked cupboard in the rear stairwell just outside the kitchen door (not shared - sole use of unit 4).
• There is working free to air for all channels, just no satellite/ cable TV like Foxtel. BYO login for Netflix!
• Off street parking available for one small car in LUG and another on driveway outside garage i.e end-to-end parking (please don't park across other driveways).
