HOUSE RULES:

*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below).
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*Please see the house rules. As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties of any sort. The maximum amount of guests staying in this property is two, however, we do allow day visitors up to a maximum of six people, including the guests who have booked.
*Credit card details must be provided when booking. There could be a $1,000 fine for any breach of rules.
This apartment is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas especially after 9 pm.
*This property is approved for accommodation only. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (including day visitors) above those booked and paid for must be approved in writing before the stay.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*STRA Rules - Guests will be required to send their ID’s, email addresses, full names and contact number(s).
* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
*Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you wish to check out later than 10 am, there may also be an additional charge.
* Please ensure you close all windows and sliding doors when vacating the apartment. Also, please bring the cushion from the outside hanging chair inside and place it next to the sofa.

*Parking - Our lovely home has 1 security spot for you to use during your stay. There are a few visitor spots, however, they are subject to availability.
*This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

Our apartment is located in the epicenter of fashionable Potts Point, which has been likened to New York’s SoHo. This vibrant suburb is alive with cool restaurants, cafes, bars, hip boutiques, creative bookshops and galleries. Potts Point is within walking distance of the CBD, Sydney Harbour, The Opera House, The Botanic Gardens and many other fine art galleries and museums.
Our beautiful apartment has been renovated to the highest standard, with beautiful new furniture throughout, SMEG appliances for your basic needs in the kitchen and amazing artwork from Gillies and Marc. Quaint views from the balcony, living room and kitchen/dining area. There is a large living and entertaining room with a smart TV where you can stream movies and 1 cozy bedroom with a super king bed!
You have the perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining in, as well as a spacious bathroom with beautiful organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and a washer/dryer.
You are also free to use the sauna and gym in the building from 9am - 9pm daily. (Please note, no food and drinks allowed in the sauna and gym)
Our lovely apartment has a carspot which makes travelling interstate a breeze, or if you are hiring a car we are located across the road from No Birds making car pick up and drop off a breeze!
You are only a 10-minute walk to the Sydney CBD, 10 minutes to Oxford Street by walk and 300 metres from Kings Cross Station. If you cannot be bothered with public transport, Ubers are frequent as you are in the heart of Sydney!
