Please note that the property is situated on the main road, which may result in some traffic noise.

Guests have full access to the entire studio and the shared laundry area on the ground floor. There is no lift in the building, so stairs are required to reach Level 1. There is no parking on the property, but several paid and street parking options are nearby.
