It's one of the most picturesque spots in the city!
Home Truths - Please note the building is undergoing façade improvement works between 2023 and 2026, and balcony access will be unavailable during this time . The works are external only and generally cause minimal disruption. Noise is typically only noticeable when works are occurring directly near the apartment. Under Sydney City Council regulations, construction is permitted Monday to Friday between approximately 8:00am and 3:00pm, with no weekend or after-hours work allowed .
