Just to let you know that

1 Bedroom+1bathroom apartment. Featuring modern furnishings, all of the rooms at Silkari Suites are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Full laundry facilities and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a kettle are provided.

Guest Access:
Please keep the key properly. Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm, building manager working time , if guests lock themselves out, we can send email to let reception to help guest in, all other times, guest will be charged for a delivery fee or locksmith fee.

Chatswood is a great choice for travellers interested in culturally diverse food, convenient public transport and beaches.

The property is located on the main street of Chatswood, close to the train station, and surrounded by lots of featured restaurants and shops.

Sydney Opera House is 7 km from Silkari Suites. The nearest airport is Kingsford Smith Airport, 16 km from the property.

Please wash dishes/ clean oven&stove if you use them. Extra cleaning fee50AUD will apply if they are not cleaned property. ________________________________________ - Please no amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted after 10 PM during your stay. - Please keep clean after cooking - Please take good care of keys -Please return all keys as the instruction required otherwise if any key missing, stolen or damaged, reapplication fee of A$300.00 or more will be charged depending on the situation and cost - Extra guests other than stated host must be notified of the total number of guests no later than 24 hours prior to their arrival. - If there is any damage caused by inappropriate behaviour, fine will occur. - if we found any house rules are broken by the guest, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the apartment immediately with penalty fines up to $1000 for any lost or damages causes in the apartment or the building. Furthermore, all amenities are designed for local residential, if any amenities are closed by any reason then it will not be eligible for any refund.
