Newly renovated 4 bedroom house, luxury living close to Randwick high street and only 15mins walk to Coogee beach/restaurants/bars. All the modern luxuries, sleeps 6-7 adults and children are welcome (plenty of toys and books if desired!). Enjoy your days lazing in front of the 75 inch wall TV (w/Netflix/Kayo). Cook up a feast in the large well appointed kitchen, or treat yourself to a traditional outdoor sauna followed by a refreshing outdoor shower.

The Space:
The house is over 2 levels connected by a set of internal stairs. 4 Bedrooms, Master with ensuite, Queen second, 3rd 2 king single beds, 4th office which has a double pullout sofa and lounge room are upstairs, with an open plan dining, kitchen and casual sitting area which opens to alfresco downstairs. Fully equiped kitchen and well stocked pantry. All fittings and finishes of the highest quality. Both bathrooms face into feature garden for pleasant showering. Both ensuite and main bathroom have wet area with bath and shower, and separate toilet. Outdoor sauna and shower available. Alfresco area with BBQ. Everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious trip.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. If using table tennis table please use on the concrete patio and put the setting on the grass. Then put away once finished. Everything else is in the manual.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
On the border between Coogee and Randwick, a short walk to either but in a leafy culdesac meaning privacy and no through traffic. Plenty of bars/restaurants/amenities all around the place, with all the eastern suburbs beaches nearby.

Getting Around:
Free parking on street and in driveway.

You can walk to almost anything you would want, but having a car will allow you to explore more of the East should you wish to visit other beaches or sights.

We love our home and welcome guests with open arms, please try to be respectful as it is our family home, and due to this and it being our first time letting it out, we would appreciate understanding if you have any issues - just let us know we will do our best to resolve it immediately. Please note that a copy of valid photo ID of all adult guests staying is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
