Home Truths

• Please note, there is currently scaffolding across the side of the building as the building is being repainted. This is due to finish around the beginning of November. Rates have been heavily reduced during this period.

• There are a number of stairs to access the property from street level. We would not recommend this apartment for those with mobility issues.

• Storms on the waterfront can be entertaining...but a bit loud for the uninitiated.

• Space-saving appliance may not suit everyone’s laundry needs (washer/dryer combined unit).

• We recommend using public transport while you are here. The ferry to the city is opposite the building, off Musgrave Street. There is unrestricted street parking in nearby streets, but be prepared to walk - it's a hilly area.
