Its flawless interior design by Nina Maya and stunning ocean views are quite simply breathtaking.

Entering the apartment you are surrounded by lavish innovative design and you will be immediately drawn to the stunning ocean views; and of course your own private wet edge heated swimming pool and spa. The vast open plan living area offers plenty of room for a baby grand piano, dining table set for ten and a fabulous luxury gourmet gas kitchen complete with Miele appliances. All this is perfectly complimented with direct access to the expansive terrace; the place to relax and spend time with friends or simply watch the local surfers.

The apartment is set on one expansive level with heated travertine tiles and ducted air conditioning throughout. An additional private terrace runs the full length of the apartment and can be accessed via all three double bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has its own TV and sound system, built in wardrobes and luxuriously appointed ensuite complete with wall to wall travertine tiles.
