This spacious 3-bedroom Coogee home is perfectly situated just 3 minutes (walking) to the beach!

The home has understated, elegant dcor with contemporary touches and classical references.

Each of the three bedrooms has a ceiling fan for climate control, and fresh, crisp linen for a comfortable and peaceful nights rest. The third bedroom also features an additional long study desk with chairs alongside.

The bathroom is full of natural light and has a separate spa soaking bath, shower and generous basin space.

The vast kitchen will all your go-to appliances, provides a lovely leafy outlook from the window and has stone benchtops with extended space for easy meal prep.

The open plan living and dining area (with air conditioning) has an exotic ambience evoked from chic oriental artwork and furniture, including a timber dining table that seats 8.
Relax and unwind on a comfortable three-seater sofa or cushioned occasional chairs whilst watching the smart TV (Netflix and more) in the lounge room.

POINTS OF INTEREST

Just north of Coogee is Gordons Bay. This beautiful oceanic oasis has lots of wildlife and is a great snorkel spot with a 600m underwater marine trail

When not in the ocean, take a dip in one of Coogees many ocean pools. Our favourite is Wylies Baths or Giles Baths

For casual dining Out of the Blue burgers or Beach Burrito Company has delicious Mexican and often have live music performances. Or, feel like swapping the kitchen for a Southeast Asian feast? Sugarcane on Carr St, Coogee, is a local favourite!

For fresh smoothies, juices and healthy treats and snacks, you cant go past Melonhead on Coogee Bay Road
