The jaw-dropping views of Curl Curl beach, from both levels of this contemporary 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home make it an ideal holiday location that sleeps 10. You can enjoy a stroll to the beach for a surf, swim, or coffee or enjoy relaxing at home in the freshwater, heated pool. There is a BBQ and cabana with a pool table with additional bedding for your enjoyment. Beach Paradise is minutes away from public transport to Many and the City to visit all the tourist attractions Sydney has to offer.

The house is finished in natural, stylish decor complemented by original Aboriginal Artwork, leather lounges, and an impressive, large entertainers kitchen. There is reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home and electronic awnings and external blinds to keep the house cool in Summer.

On the main floor is the kitchen/dining area, living area with a flat-screen TV and an open fireplace, 1 generous bedroom with a queen-size bed, desk, and the main bathroom. Located on the upper level is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, breathtaking beach and ocean views, and a spacious en-suite with a bath. Also located on this floor are 2 additional large bedrooms both with queen size beds. There is also an additional bathroom.

Opening onto the pool deck, and built as a separate entertaining area, is the 2 storey cabana complete with a flat-screen TV, kitchenette, fridge, and bathroom. This is a great area for children/teenagers or extended family. The upper level of the cabana contains a pool table and a king-sized sofa bed (which can be made into 2 single kings).

Ocean View is a 5-minute drive or bus trip to the world-famous Manly Beach. There you can eat at a variety of amazing restaurants and cafes or catch the ferry into Watson's Bay or the city to visit all the tourist attractions Sydney has to offer.
There is also a fabulous variety of restaurants and cafes at Dee Why and Freshwater Beaches and the newly renovated 'Harbord Diggers' is just a 10-minute walk from the house. Here you can enjoy an afternoon beverage or dinner with or without children! An impressive gym and indoor pool is also available for use for those who are feeling energetic

Ocean View is a 3-minute walk to local buses that will take you to the heart of the city, Manly Wharf, or shopping centres. There are also many beautiful walks along the coastline. Walking up to Long Reef Golf Club along the beach for lunch is a favourite of mine!

There are surfboards and wet suits available for use and Manly Surf School provides excellent instruction if you are a novice. It is recommended that you surf up towards North Curl Curl if you are a beginner. The waves are usually a bit kinder at that end of the beach!

Beach towels and beach umbrellas are available for your convenience.
All linen and towels are provided and babysitting is available if required.

There is a 7 night minimum over the Xmas New Year period.
