Also on this level you will find the Master bedroom with en-suite along with the second Queen bedroom with a large bathroom located close by.

Hidden away is a staircase down to the lower level. Both these rooms share a bathroom with bath. The two single beds bedroom offers a large open plan living area within that opens onto the lower level deck with hanging chair. Top of the range audio visual equipment is catered to on both the top and lower levels, there is also undercover parking for 2 cars, noting no more than this can be parked at the house however street parking is available.
