Conversation and relaxation are in order back indoors in the invitingly comfortable living area and kitchen.  A glass splashback and water views are the key features in the high-end kitchen and ample bench seating make it a perfect spot to mingle. In the dining area a sandstone fireplace forms an elegant backdrop to the large timber table and natural materials of the overhead pendant. A second large living space leads directly to the back garden, courtyard, firepit and lawn.  You can leave the kids to explore while you take a seat in one of the cosy outdoor zones.

A calming coastal vibe can be found in all four bedrooms. The King bedroom with its ensuite offers private access to the breathtaking views from the front balcony, while another two queen bedrooms have direct access to the lush garden and outdoor entertaining area. One of those bedrooms has a luxurious ensuite featuring a relaxed neutral scheme.  Those elements are repeated in the spacious family bathroom with freestanding bath. The fourth bedroom is in the loft space, high in the rafters and features a queen bed, desk and fabulous ocean views.

You certainly won’t run out of things to do from your idyllic Palm Beach location.  A casual 10-minute walk will take you to the golden sands of Palm Beach while you’ll also find restaurants and shopping nearby.  Discover the panoramic views over national parks and the bay with a visit and hike around Barrenjoey Lighthouse.  And if you decide to explore the Sydney CBD, that’s around an hour by car where you can take in the famous Sydney Harbour. Alternatively, you can take the Palm Beach ferry to play with wallabies at the Basin, have lunch at The Boathouse Patonga or fish and chips at Ettalong.
