Curl Curl Beach is our local - a 5 minute drive away / 10 mins on a push bike (we have 3 available for use in the garage). Manly/Freshwater/Dee Why are all just down the road
Other local amenities:

- B-line bus route that gets you into the city in 30 mins.
It's a very quiet property on a cul-de-sac of houses, surrounded by greenery. Space to park on the driveway at the front of the house or in the garage.
- Bedrooms – master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite, TV, ceiling fan, clothes hanging space. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, floor fan and clothes hanging space. Third bedroom has a double sofa bed and clothes hanging space.
- Depending on your needs we can also offer either a separate office space with desk and monitor/mouse/keyboard on the ground floor, and/or a Nursery upstairs opposite the master bedroom. If you have a young baby we can offer a bedside bassinet+downstairs bassinet or cot, baby bath, and wipeable changing mats.
- Large family bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs in addition to the ensuite.
- Kitchen has everything you need – Breville coffee machine, Nutribullet, soda stream, oven, fridge/feeezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, all cooking utensils and crockery. BBQ outside. Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, a clothes line outside in the garden. The kitchen also has an open plan second sitting area that opens on to the deck, which makes for a lovely sociable living area.
- Main living room has a dining table that sits 6 people. Very large TV with sound system. Ceiling fan and gas heater available.
- Best part of the property is the decking and garden – a private enclosed space that is great for dinner / BBQing. Outdoor table that sits 8 people and is under cover. x2 comfy outdoor seating for a drink/reading.
