Encompassing the entire level the bed looks out to the ocean, an en-suite bathtub you'll never want to get out of and a lounge area with its own balcony where you can enjoy the view to yourself over a quiet glass of wine.

The main entrance to the property is on the third floor where you will find the open plan living area, dining and kitchen as well as a balcony that stretches across the entire level. Cooking is a delight looking out over Palm Beach while your morning coffee will never be the same again after you've enjoyed it on the balcony table gazing out to the magnificent view.

The second level is the remaining three bedrooms, one with en-suite and the other two sharing a luxurious bathroom. This level also boasts a lounge area with an 85 inch TV and surround sound cinema speakers.

The first level is where you will find an entertaining area leading out to a spectacular deck which overlooks a pool that looks out across the ocean. There is a kitchenette that services this floor so guests don't have to climb the stairs when having one of those long lazy days by the pool. You can also access the garage area where you will find a turntable out front along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

As an added bonus the home is stocked with a range of gym equipment including free weights, rowing machine and boxing bags. The ground floor/garage converts into a full High Intensity Training workout room with personal trainers available on request.
