Liverpool has been steadily growing in the past few years with new infrastructure and developments. You have practically everything you need in Liverpool: shopping malls, dining experiences, hospitals, schools, transport, etc. Everything is so easily accessible making Liverpool comparable to Sydney CBD itself.

There are so many cultures that call Liverpool home which benefits the community and tourists alike. So many different delectable dining experiences await you on your visit to Liverpool because of this multiculturalism.

Getting around Liverpool and the rest of Sydney is very easy! Our apartment is less than 1 km (8 min walk) to Liverpool Station, making all of Sydney accessible to you!

If you have a car, we are just next to the M5 and M7!

Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check out by 10AM, Check out time is strictly at 10AM, any late late check out will incur late check fee of A$30.00 per hour Please wash dishes/ clean oven&stove if you use them. Extra cleaning fee50AUD will apply if they are not cleaned property. ________________________________________ - Please no amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted after 10 PM during your stay. - Please keep clean after cooking - Please take good care of keys - - Please return all keys as the instruction required otherwise if any key missing, stolen or damaged, reapplication fee of A$300.00 or more will be charged depending on the situation and cost - Extra guests other than stated host must be notified of the total number of guests no later than 24 hours prior to their arrival. - If there is any damage caused by inappropriate behaviour, fine will occur. - Guest is strictly forbidden for any parties or event held in the apartment, if we found any house rules are broken by the guest, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the apartment immediately with penalty fines up to $1000 for any lost or damages causes in the apartment or the building. Furthermore, all amenities are designed for local residential, if any amenities are closed by any reason then it will not be eligible for any refund. STRICTLY NO PETS, SMOKING, DRUGS, HOUSE PARTIES, YELLING OR LOUD MUSIC PLEASE. Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.

Most of the time you will be checking in by yourself very smoothly with the check-in instructions provided closer to your arrival date.
