ABOUT THE LOCATION

Situated on a quiet street in the affluent Riverview suburb, just 3 minutes walk to the famous private school college and within walking distance to sports ovals, picnic parks, bushwalks and bike tracks. Riverview is just 10-15minutes drive to the CBD or 5minutes drive to a short ferry ride that takes you straight to Sydney's centre.

Lane Cove is close by for all shops, fine dining, casual outdoor restaurants and many of the best cafes. Close by is CBD freeway (just 10minutes to CBD), ferries to the harbour centre, Greenwich Baths harbourside beach is 5minutes away on your doorstep, Balmoral Beach a 15minute drive away for all the family & popular restaurants on the beach (some of very few in Sydney), Luna Park 10minutes drive away or Taronga Zoo is a must-do attraction with or without children in tow on the harbour; once you have completed a tour of the zoo, a ferry can take you to Circular Quay and world-famous Sydney Opera House.
