The Space:
Featuring stylish floorboards throughout, this spacious studio apartment has been professional styled to create a warm, inviting ambience. The living area comes with a comfy 2-seater sofa and occasional chair, a floor rug, large ‘Smart’ TV and a huge wall-mounted mirror providing a sense of space and depth. It flows through to the kitchen/dining space, with a round glass-topped table and 4 chairs, a 4-burner electric stovetop, microwave oven and good-sized fridge. In the bedroom area you’ll find a double bed and bedside tables with reading lamps, and shelves/hanging rods for your clothes. A door off this bedroom area brings you into the combined bathroom/ laundry, with a roomy shower recess and a separate washing machine and clothes dryer. Back in the living space, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out to an outdoor terrace with urban views and a blind which can be drawn down for absolute privacy. More block-out blinds/curtains inside the apartment allow you to control the light flow as desired.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a highly convenient location, just a short walk to a fantastic choice of Surry Hills’ eateries, shops and bars on Crown Street. Sydney’s popular Belvoir Street Theatre is a 2 minute stroll away along with Prince Alfred Park’s tennis courts and public swimming pool. There’s a Woolworths Metro supermarket 10 minutes away on foot, as is the Surry Hills Markets, which take place on the first Saturday of every month, offering over sixty eclectic stalls selling everything from knickknacks to clothes, new and pre-loved. Just a little further down Crown Street is Sydney’s iconic Oxford Street, well known for its eateries, bars and the Sydney Mardi Gras parade.

Getting Around:
The apartment comes with its own security parking spot, but if you prefer public transport, nearby bus services will take you into the CBD (Downtown) in less than 20 minutes. Alternatively, it’s a 6 minute walk to major transport hub Central station, providing train and bus services throughout metropolitan Sydney, regional NSW and even interstate.

Other Things to Note:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
