Your luxury apartment is big on space, has a light filled, open plan layout flowing on to a wraparound balcony directly overlooking Freshwater Beach and across to Manly headland, perfect for enjoying those early morning starts and magical sunsets in the evenings.
Bespoke, custom-made joinery featuring Calacutta Verde Marble can be found throughout the apartment creating a feeling of luxury and elegance with every turn. The kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances, VZug Ovens and Bora Cooktop and is fully equipped with quality cookware for both professional and home cooks alike.
After a day exploring the beautiful Freshwater area your bedroom suites await. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and balcony access. The main newly renovated bathroom comes with a steam room and floor to ceiling marble. Sit and relax under the monsoon shower or sit and let the steam work its magic in this little slice of heaven. Drift off the sleep with the sound of the waves lapping at the shore below or close the windows and enjoy the silence that the double-glazed windows offer.
The second bedroom also provides an additional living area – complete with underfloor heating – your every luxury has been well considered in this stunning beachfront property. This second area has a queen size wall bed, large L shaped lounge and TV providing plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. The combined laundry/bathroom is the ensuite for this room it has underfloor heating, a bath with overhead shower and built in washer and dryer. A door in the hallway separates this space from the remainder of the apartment if required.
Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating ensures year-round comfort – as a premium, luxury property your every holiday need has been thought of and the property has been tailored accordingly. There is one undercover car space available – directly opposite your front door. Keyless access as well as a storage locker for all your beach equipment is also included.
Your wellness is important to us, our bedding is low allergy and all bathroom and laundry products supplied are natural, Australian plant-based products.
