What We Love
This three-bedroom North Bondi home is set across a single level, with a open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that opens onto a huge private terrace. Oak flooring runs underfoot, paired with a soft, textured render finish across the walls that gives the interiors a relaxed feel. The kitchen is finished in Calacatta-style stone benchtops and splashback, with a large island, integrated Miele wall oven and cooktop, and a full-height fridge freezer. A stacked washer and dryer sit discreetly within the kitchen joinery, maintaining a neat and stylish finish without compromising convenience and functionality.
The master bedroom is fitted with a walk-in robe and its own ensuite, finished in a warm terrazzo tile with a walnut timber vanity and a frameless glass dual shower. The remaining two bedrooms share a second bathroom that includes a full bathtub alongside the shower, toilet, and vanity, and both bedrooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes.
