ADDITIONAL RULES:
*Please see the house rules. As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties of any sort. The maximum amount of guests staying in this property is six however, we do allow day visitors up to a maximum of ten people, including the guests who have booked.
*Credit card details must be provided when booking. There could be a $1,000 fine for any breach of rules.
*This apartment is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas especially after 9 pm.
*This property is approved for accommodation only. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (including day visitors) above those booked and paid for must be approved in writing before the stay.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*STRA Rules - Guest will be required to send their ID (and all guests), email address, full name and contact number.
*Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you wish to check out later than 10 am, there may also be an additional charge.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Parking - There is plenty of parking directly out the front of across the road. For the beach carpark this is 4 hours free parking and is 24/7 free after 6pm. There is one spot on the driveway for you to use, however it is first come first serve.
*This property is suitable for babies or children. A portable cot and highchair is available at the home. The portable is in the bedroom wardrobe.
*There is a storage room for luggage. This can also be used to store surfboards or anything else for your stay.
*There are 3 flights of stairs to access the property.
*There is no heating/airconditioning in this home.
*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

The beach is just a 3 minute walk from the home to the right and the rock pool is directly a cross the road on the left side.
Access is via a lockbox. We will send you the check-in instructions on the day of your arrival!
Our beautiful apartment has been furnished to the highest standard, with beautiful furniture throughout from some of the best designers in Australia. The views from the living room, kitchen and balcony are first class. Every single one of these rooms has beautiful views, and can hear the crashing of the waves!
You have the perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining in, as well as 2 large bedrooms, perfect for 4 people.
The living room can convert into a sofa bed for an additional fee ($50). Please let our team know if you need this for your stay.
