3. The pool. It is enormous and perfect for kids of all ages. Importantly for parents, it can be seen, and older kids supervised, from the outdoor terrace, the kitchen and the master bedroom. (A hot outdoor shower after a swim is a must).

4. Spreading out. The scale of the house makes spreading out easy. Younger kids can be supervised in the sun room from either the terrace or the living room, while older kids can retreat downstairs to the large entertainment area or into the separate formal living room.

5. Proximity. The house is in one of the best locations in Sydney. A short walk to the city ferry wharf; a couple of minutes drive to Balmoral Beach or Mosman's high street cafes & shops; the worlds best harbourside walks are on the doorstep, either along the harbour foreshore to Taronga zoo then onto Bradley's Head and Balmoral or head the other way to Cremorne for a picnic overlooking the city, Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
