Spacious Inner West Unit Perfect for Young Families

This is our family home we are renting out while away—we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Our apartment living space has just been newly renovated and is a perfect spot for a family with young children. It has a brand new kitchen, open kitchen and living space with study, a spacious balcony, dining area, airy and bright kitchen with all the appliances and items you need to cook, one large full bathroom with a large rainfall shower head and bathtub, half bath with full laundry facilities, a parking spot in our carport and 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has two cots that also convert to toddler beds (would be good for children up to the age of 5). And third bedroom is used as an office and can be used for a portacot if needed. We will be moving all of our clothing etc into storage, so you will have access to use our wardrobes, bedside tables, etc. Please also feel free to use oil, coffee, tea, and seasoning in our pantry.

Location-wise we are less than 10km from Sydney CBD with easy access to Croydon and Ashfield train stations to get you all around Sydney. Croydon is also one of the most central suburbs in Sydney, taking you less than 30 min by car to pretty much anywhere you want to drive.

-we only have 1 review, as we only rent our home on the odd occasion we are out of town.
-if you do not require the office for sleeping arrangements, we will be locking it off.
