IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE:
Neighbouring Construction Update (Temporary)
The properties immediately adjacent to the villa are in the final stages of construction. Works are now significantly lighter and quieter than earlier in the project and are expected to be fully completed in the coming weeks.
For your planning:
• Monday – Friday: Work generally runs from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: Limited works only, typically starting later (around 8–9 AM) and finishing by 3:00 PM
• Sunday & Public Holidays: No construction activity
The noise is most noticeable around the pool and outdoor areas in the morning but reduces noticeably as the day progresses. The stunning ocean views, outdoor entertaining area, and overall privacy of the villa remain unaffected.
We’ve chosen to keep the property available at the current rate during this short final phase rather than pause bookings, and the majority of guests still enjoy a wonderful stay.
