Amazing fully air conditioned terrace has been thoughtfully fitted out to suite the comfort of our guests. Situated in the heart of Crown Street Surry Hills, with a lovely village feel and the convenience to popular local cafes, restaurants, bars and transport, these are certainly the main attractions to staying here. - 8mins walk to central station - 50m to New tram station - Coles supermarket is 400m away (currently under construction) Woolworths and Aldi close by also - Cafes, bars and eateries within walking distance - Easy walk to Sydney Cricket ground - Moments walk to Oxford Street Darlinghurst - Pets considered upon request.
A security Camera is situated at the front door of the Terrace for added security and is recording. Guest must provide full photo ID which has guest address like Drivers license upon booking. The guest must also have a profile picture of themselves.
Please note: my neighbours are not on holiday, all unauthorised parties and gatherings will result in instant vacate. WE HAVE A NO PARTIES POLICY.
