Stunning beach house overlooking the breathtakingly beautiful & 'secret' Turimetta beach that is so quiet that you will often have it to yourself! Yet you are only 20km from Sydney Harbour bridge.

This recently architected home provides an easy-going vibe with seamless connections between indoors and out. If more than 6 adults then there are additional charges which cover the rental of the apartment (sleeps upto 5) in addition to the 5 bedroom main house. Multiple families can both share in (and retreat to) the different spaces (includes 2 kitchens and 4 decks).

Enjoy the perfect beach holiday base combining stunning views over the secluded Turimetta beach, with modern beach design and practical access to amenities. Providing casual & useable spaces inside and out, the house uses a blend of natural materials, textures and finishes ranging from hand crafted concrete bench, exposed roof beams, retro light-fittings, and timber flooring that extends through reclining glass doors. Glass louvres and electric sky lights maximise the sea breezes.

Multiple entertainment areas across the home (for example 5 large screen TV's) allow discrete groups/individuals to hang out , while the large open plan kitchen, outdoor seating around a firepit and indoor and outdoor cinemas can bring everyone together. The latest appliances add to the experience of the natural environment and interior design enjoyed by guests across the home. From the spa your gaze runs from the ocean, across a unique cafe/bar styled kitchen with a cafe-grade expresso machine and onto an outdoor cinema screen with surround sound. There are separate deck areas for reading & relaxing when you want to get away with wireless speakers throughout for those wanting to just chill out and listen to their own tunes. Pus computers available for guests use and free 200GB internet wireless connectivity across the home.

Guests have full run of the property other than garage and storage areas that are locked up. We have included photos (at end of photo list) of the apartment which has its own master bedroom and open plan living (with sofa bed), kitchen/bar. This can be rented together with the main house - please discuss with us in the booking process. (Apartment charges are covered by extra guest charges once guests are above 10).

One outstanding feature is the master bedroom retreat on the bottom floor with its own TV entertainment area, sofa, fridge, fabulous ensuite and its own deck and garden/beach access.

The house has off street parking for 2 cars and plenty of free on street parking. A 50m private track runs down from the courtyard and garden to the beach. The house has several outdoor zones : a spa area with outdoor cinema , dining (for 8 or 14 with additional table), seating (upto 14) around a fire pit, private balcony's for two bedrooms and a deck from the main kitchen area.

Full foxtel TV with Sports package is provided in the main living space, a second box in the apartment living space and digital TV with Netflix in three of the bedrooms with their own flat screens.

There is direct access to Turimetta beach (not patrolled), 5 mins walking distance to Narrabeen Ocean Pool, Narrabeen and Warriewood beaches (both patrolled), Narrabeen lagoon (perfect for swimming/paddling with kids) and North Narrabeen reserve. Less than 10 minute walk to a range of cafes and restaurants, including favourites such as Oceans Cafe, Mexicana Restaurant and Zubi's coffee shop. Warriewood Shopping Centre and Warriewood Cinema Centre are a 10-15 minute walk away or 5 mins by car with free parking.

Pittwater is just 5 mins drive and is ideal for walks, sailing & paddling. Turimetta is perfectly positioned along the Northern '20 beaches' midway between Palm beach and Avalon (to the North) and Manly (to the South).

Ample free parking is available at the property and there is a bus stop 100 metres away at the bottom of the street that provides bus services to Mona Vale, Manly Wharf (access then by ferry to Circular Key), Dee Why, Warringah Mall and to the city (20km). We provide free rental bicycles that is an excellent way to potter around.

Bikes, surfboards, stand up paddleboards and kayaks can be made available (no charge) with prior notice - please chat with us before your stay. We are available on arrival and departure and we welcome any requests at any time on our mobile contact numbers. While there is no charge for the outdoor cinema you need to arrange its installation with us before you come.

Turimetta beach is not lifeguard patrolled so we encourage ocean surf swimming between the flags at the Warriewood or Narrabeen patrolled beaches or at the Narrabeen Ocean pool (all less than 500m away). The venue is not for parties or corporate events.. We accept well behaved pets but please respect our beach, garden and furniture.

Our guests regularly comment on the unique combination they find with us - the tranquillity of Turimetta beach and the great access to local amenities and the city. Alternative more well known areas north (e.g. Avalon, Palm beach) make both the Sydney trip too laborious and have busier beaches and roads. Staying further south towards Manly does little to shorten the road trip to the city and has very much more built up beach fronts.

Feedback is often that "our house is just like 'getting away' hundred's of kms down the coast at their favourite remote spots, and yet still allows visits to Sydney for sightseeing, theatre, music, restaurants and enjoying the harbour."
