The property does not have aircon, but it is very cool, even in the summer. There are ceiling fans in the property and with the windows open there is a lovely ocean breeze.

There are coin operated washing machines and dryers on the lower level of the building. There is also a clothing line in the back of the building if you'd like to air dry your clothes.

If plan to visit the beach, please bring your own beach towels :)
