Unique, quiet, stylish warehouse style home in one of the iconic Surry Hills' most beautiful streets.

Our stylish serene light filled 1890s house over is 2 levels. Upstairs a large lounge /dining room, chef’s kitchen and a separate sunny living room.

To the north a very sunny balcony with views towards the city and to the south bright district views.

Downstairs 2 private bedrooms, 1 at each end of the house. In between a full bathroom with deep bath, heated floors and a separate WC. Our sunny garden courtyard has a lounge and outdoor table, chairs.

Original kauri pine floors throughout (please treat them well, as we are sure you will).
The fully equipped chefs kitchen includes with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, KitchenAid etc.

Our house is a quiet oasis in a garden filled street that is literally minutes to city buses, Crown and Oxford streets (and the buses to the beach), 10 minutes to Central, Chinatown, Gadigal Metro, Hyde Park, the CBD and the harbour beyond.
We love it and we think you will too.
