The Space:
This bright and modern North Bondi studio is designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The open-plan space features natural light, modern finishes, and a calm beachside atmosphere.
The studio includes comfortable sleeping arrangements, a private bathroom, as well as a fridge and microwave for convenience during your stay. Please note that there is no stove or cooking facilities available in the studio.
Located in a quiet residential area, the studio is only a short walk or drive from Bondi Beach, cafés, restaurants, shops, and parks.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire studio and all amenities.
There is a separate house on the property with its own private entrance, occupied independently. No living spaces are shared, except for the laundry room.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy from this convenient North Bondi location, with multiple bus routes nearby providing direct access to Bondi Junction, Sydney CBD, Circular Quay, and surrounding suburbs. Bondi Beach, local cafés, restaurants, parks, and coastal walks are all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
Bondi Junction Station is approximately a 10-minute drive or short bus ride away, offering train connections across Sydney, while Sydney CBD can be reached in around 20–25 minutes by car or public transport.
Other Things to Note:
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
