Home Truths

• The house comfortably sleeps 10 in separate bedrooms. If required there is a queen sized sofa bed in the cinema room.

• Guests use the rock climbing wall over the swimming pool at their own risk.

• The property has a totally separate granny flat on the lower ground floor which is occupied and not offered as part of the house rental.

• The property has a lift but it will be turned off during your stay.

• The owners have a dog when they are at home. They will be away during any guest stay!

• The property is pet friendly on request. Subject to our pet terms and conditions.

• The garage is not available for guests. Parking is on the off street drive in front of the garage.

• The outdoor dining table is extendable and can seat 12.
