Summary:
Once you've stayed in this studio, you'll understand why people fall in love with Sydney. You wake up to the sound of birdsong and the feeling of warm sunlight, before heading down the road to pick up a coffee and avocado on toast at a chilled out local café. Then you have a choice: beach or park? They're both a stroll away. Of course, you could head into the city too – it's easy on public transport. Then the evening: a glass of wine on the balcony as the sun sets. You'll never want to leave.

The Space:
This cosy studio feels a lot bigger than it is thanks to the large windows that dominate the room, filling it with sunlight. The bedroom is semi-private, screened off by wardrobes, and there's a proper kitchen. For a couple or solo traveller, it has every necessary.

The Neighborhood:
Just up the hill from Clovelly and Bronte beaches, Waverley is a sleepy green suburb just to the east of the Sydney CBD. It's all about classic Aussie pubs, chilled-out cafes, quiet streets and lots of parkland. Walk down the hill to the beach or go check out Centennial Park, 360 hectares of open space and urban woodland.

Getting Around:
Buses to Bondi Junction leave from around the corner on Murray St.

We highly recommend using ride sharing service Uber.

- Early check-in: We will proactively inform you the day of your check-in in the morning if early check-in is available. We are unable to confirm early check-in before this time.
- Late Check-out: Currently we do not allow late check-outs, the latest check-out is at 10AM, please feel free to book an additional night if you need to leave later than 10AM
- Baggage Storage: For security reasons we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
