Recently renovated house with a light-filled and spacious newly built two bedroom apartment on the top floor in Rozelle, with own private side gate & entrance. We are happy to accomodate same day/last minute check in Spacious & light-filled 1st floor apartment in a quiet street. Two large bedrooms both with queen beds, built in wardrobes and study/makeup nook. Apartment is suitable for 2 couples with two children, but can accommodate 6 adults. Two single fold out beds & a cot are also available. There is space in both bedrooms to set up a single bed or cot, living area can be converted to sleep 2 adults on fold out beds. Apartment is child friendly with a door at the top of the stairs. We welcome little people/infants but they are guests so please include them in your booking. Open plan living & dining area with modern conveniences make this sanctuary a home away from home. Enjoy leafy district views from the balcony, whilst staying only a 100 metres from public transport & Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with restaurants, cafes, pubs and wine bars.
Kitchen is fitted out with a fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 element induction hot plate, coffee pod machine, toasted sandwich machine, pots, pans, utensils & crockery.
Washing machine, dryer & drying rack are located in the large bathroom.
Air conditioning cools & heats the apartment with split system reverse cycle units in the lounge/dining area & each bedroom, also stand alone personal fans.
Bifold doors from the lounge open onto a balcony with a bench seat, 2 chairs & table.
Linen & Wi-fi access is included.

Apartment is a 5 minute walk to the major bus route with a 7 minute bus ride to the CBD and the train network that services Sydney suburbs, Blue Mountains & airport Direct bus to Bondi Beach, Sydney University & University of New South Wales . 100 metres from Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with a smorgasbord of restaurants, wine bars, pubs, bottle store, cafes, convenience store, IGA supermarket, pharmacies, banks, post office, gym, gelato bar, newsagent, TAB or clothing shops & a mere 50 metres to Woolworths Express Supermarket. 15 minute stroll to Balmain Village with Woolworths supermarket or a 15 minute walk to the Birkenhead Outlet centre with Aldi & Coles supermarkets & designer clearance shops Parks, fish markets, weekend markets all within an easy walk. 20 minute walk to the overseas cruise terminal at White Bay. 10 minute walk to the 7km Bay Run

Please do not leave air conditioning, fans or clothes dryer on when not in the apartment. Lost door key have a $50 replacement fee.
We have contract cleaners who charge an additional fee for changing cleaning schedule so please vacate by 10am on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made. Late check out till 1pm is an additional $40. As this is a quiet residential street we have a strict no party policy. No smoking inside the apartment but you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed. No pets. Cleaning fee of $100 will apply to all bookings
A complimentary welcome pack includes items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, hand soap, shower wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and dishwashing supplies.
Apartment is in a 2 hour parking zone from 8am - 10pm, so you can park overnight from 8.05pm till 10am. Alternative unlimited free parking is in the cross street at the bottom of Bruce St on the left- Evans St.
We have one security camera facing the apartment entrance gate.
