Our home on a tree filled half acre property is situated directly opposite the beautiful Glenbrook Lagoon, and within easy walking distance to Glenbrook towns cafes, shops, cinema, pool and clubs. With lush vegetation and a winding creek running through the property spanned by numerous charming bridges, we are home to a huge variety of wildlife and birds including King Parrots, Rosellas, Lorikeets and a very handsome resident bower bird. The Bower is a delightful and private garden studio situated on the opposite side of creek to the house. There is a kitchen and bathroom accessed through the attached private yoga/dance room. With a comfortable queen size bed and a lounge that converts to a double bed, there is room for a family of 4. Need more room for larger family or friends? In the Bower, TV is provided with access to Netflix and other viewing apps. Highly insulated large room with aircon, ceiling fan and wall heater provides all year comfort. The studio spills out to a delightful deck and yard with beautiful views of our stunning garden to enjoy. Delight in the colourful parrots and be intrigued by our resident bowers birds antics. With beautiful bush walks and bike trails on our doorstep, and the lagoon across the road, your stay at The Bower is sure to be a unique experience.
