My warehouse home is in one of the best Villages in Sydney, Erskineville, with a wide tree lined street and wonderful neighbor's.
'The Cabana', as I have nick named this zone is a brand new build, fully furnished, loft style apartment within my warehouse home and has a very private setting and Palm tree garden outlook.
Perfect location for easy walking to so much entertainment, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and Pubs.
Train stations include, Erskineville, 3 min walk, MacDonald Town station, 5 min walk & Newtown Station about 7 min walk.
There is a bus you can take directly to the Beach
RPA Hospital is also within walking distance, about 10min. You could walk to the City from here though I'm too lazy to do that.
Sydney Airport is about 15min drive pending traffic.
The entry to the M8 motor way is around the corner making your City escape very easy.
If you need a car, 'Go Get' have all types of vehicles available around the local streets.

* Very Industrial fit out, open grid stairs.
This area is a strangely quiet location given it's close location to the City, lots of birds and trees and not under the flight path though choppers fly over now & then.
There is a lovely park on my street and a very large Oval and park at the end of the street. Sydney Park with Duck ponds and walking tracks is only a 10 min walk away.
Due to the amount of stairs, the 'Cabana' does not have wheel chair access. Sorry.
Note; the sewer system runs through a very expensive French 'Macerator' and is very sensitive to what is put down the loo and drains. It is extremely important that only normal body items are flushed away. On NO account can any ladies sanitary items go into the loo. This is extremely important!!!
