The Space:
The apartment consists of two generous bedrooms with queen sized beds, a luxury bathroom and a spacious combined living-dining area with glass sliding doors to the entertainer's balcony. There is also a concealed study nook with built in storage and desk, ideal for working from home The generous sized kitchen is fitted out with Miele appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer unit and gas oven and stovetop. The concealed internal laundry comprises a washing machine and dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. In the second bedroom, the central wardrobe doors will be locked, the other wardrobes will be available for you.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Footsteps to cafes, the famed Marta Osteria at your front door, the very modern Bar M, a minute's walk. The renowned Buon Ricordo, an Italian restaurant institution., a 5 minute stroll up the hill.
The neighborhood's jewel is Rushcutters's Park, Harbour views, sailing boats moored at the CYCC , a yacht club minutes away. Walk further in the park and you come upon the Navy Bear café.
The apartment is perfectly positioned for a stroll to Paddington perhaps the art trail walk, or to Potts Point with a myriad of dining options and the excellent Saturday morning foodies market.

Getting Around:
There is Level lift access to your personal car space. Plentiful visitor parking on site. Buses on the doorstep, to the city a 10 minute ride, in the opposite direction buses to Double Bay, Rose Bay, Nielsen Park and Watsons Bay. Two train station options, either Kings Cross or Edge cliff each a 10 minute walk away provide quick access to the city.

Other Things to Note:
Please note there is a train line that runs every 15- 20 min past the apartment. It does make some noise but with the double windows when closed the sound is minimal.

Please note that a copy of valid photo ID of all adult guests staying is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
