Our Paddington studio is perfect to suit; A couple, a solo traveller or an astute business person. The apartment is clean, clutter free, comfortable and convenient for all your needs.

Please note: There is plenty of parking although it's unmetered, it is only 1hour parking. There is lots of streets around that are longer duration of parking the reason being is its 100m off Oxford St. LASTLY; this is a home, not a hotel! we rent our home out for overseas travellers to enjoy all that Sydney has to offer, With that being said please be respectful and mindful that there will be imperfections like any home that is used on a daily basis. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OVER; general wear and tear, aesthetics within the apartment eg; furnishings, surrounding noises from the street, passing cars or construction work taking place.
The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to every new visitor and has security lock door for safety.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire place and the communal laundry.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The Neighborhood: Visit the famous Paddington Markets, browse stylish boutiques on Oxford and William streets, and enjoy beautifully restored heritage pubs in Paddington, an elegant inner Sydney neighbourhood with rows of pretty Victorian terrace houses
Getting Around: At the end of the street is located Oxford Street, from there you can be anywhere within minutes whether it be.
