The original beach cottage known as The Lighthouse has a relaxed beachfront position, loving restored to a bygone era. The cottage has open plan living bringing the outdoors in, with bifold doors.

Great Mackerel Beach is accessed by private boat, public ferry or water taxi from Palm Beach Wharf. This idyllic community has a long stretch of sandy beach on one side and is surrounded by the beauty of Ku-ring-gai National Park on the other. The beach is child friendly and the area has a relaxed holiday vibe.

The home has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed facing the beach with stunning views across Pittwater. Bedroom number two and three open up to the deck and garden area, one with a double bed and the other with bunks. There is a spacious bathroom and a separate powder room. Wood burning fire place in the main house and electric heater in bunk house.

The house has two outdoor entertaining areas both with outdoor seating.
BBQ's on the back deck. plus a outdoor gas heater for winter.
An open plan backyard cabin that has a kitchenette plus 2 x sets of bunks with a ping pong table and separate
bathroom accessed via an under cover walk way. Perfect for the kids.
Available for use are 2 stand up boards plus a kayak. Also a rubber dinghy with oars.
It is a few houses away from the ferry wharf making the property very accessible ( to be used at your own risk)
Mooring available( up to 40ft Yacht ) on request at an additional day rate.
