A Bus Stop is located just around the corner, routing to Cronulla Mall or to Kurnell (to visit Captain Cook's Landing Place and the beautiful National Park.)

A perfect location with the Beach at the end of the Road to have a dip in the Ocean, or take a Walk on the famed Cronulla Beaches Esplanade Walk, which, if you head south, will take you to Cronulla Mall or along some of Cronulla's most picturesque Beaches to the spectacular Bass & Flinders Pt at South Cronulla.

The famed beachfront SummerSalt Restaurant (where Prince Harry dined 7 years ago) is located at the Beach at the end of the Road. Also

- STRICT SAFETY RULES:
PLEASE TURN OFF ALL APPLIANCES: INCLUDING WALL HEATER, AIR CONDITIONER, IRON, HOTPLATES, ETC & INDOOR/OUTDOOR LIGHTS, WHEN EXITING & SLEEPING. (A/C can be left on if required at night.)

- When CHECKING OUT, please adhere to above Rule, then lock the door and leave the Keys in the designated spot messaged to you when you stay.
(Please Note: IF Keys are not left in designated Spot, a $70 Keys Replacement Fee will be deducted from your RDD (BOND).

-Strictly Two (2) Adults included in price, who utilise the Double Bed. ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGE (Over 12 years) FOR: FOLDING BED/BEDDING/TOWEL for Guest who is not utilising the Double Bed. (Includes Single Folding Bed, Sheets & Bedding).
This ADDITIONAL BED CHARGE strictly applies for 3 GUESTS, whether additional Bed & Bedding is supplied OR not.
- GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO UTILISE THE LOUNGE AS A BED.
- Guests who deceptively allow non-paying friends or family member(s) to stay overnight or longer without Additional Person Payment to The Resort or online payment, will be charged double the Additional Person Charge = $80 PER NIGHT, and the Total Amount will be deducted from Bond.
(3 GUESTS MAX.)

- Babies of non-walking age are permitted and NO additional Charge is payable, although a Travel Cot will have to be supplied by Guest(s).

- Strictly NO Toddlers or young Children under the age of (13) thirteen are permitted to visit or stay at The Resort.
- All young Visitors or Guests between the ages of 13 to 18 are to be accompanied by at least one of the Adult Registered Guests, at all times.


-Any DAMAGE or THEFT of any of the property within The Resort Apartment (or in Courtyard of The Resort) including Appliances, Furniture, Decor Items, Plants etc, will incur loss of Bond plus possible additional costs, if incurred.

PLEASE NOTE: Instant Eviction and loss of Bond may apply if any of the above Rules are broken. (Additional Fines or Monies may also be incurred, if any of the above Rules are broken.)

-So appreciate for Guests to please leave The Resort Apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, as Cleaning Fees are not charged.
(Cleaning Fees or Replacement Fees may be deducted from Bond (and additional monies may be required) for badly stained Furnishings or Bedding.)

-Guests are asked to please treat the Furnishings & Appliances etc with utmost care, and to adhere to above Rules.

The comfort and safety of Resort Guests takes priority at all times.
