With a multimedia space providing a full 5.1 cinematic experience on the 3 meter wide screen (with Chromecast) and a multifunctional co-working space, the property can also host a group for a small business retreat (with catering available)*. Each bedroom also has its own desk if you need to work in private.

Only minutes walk to Australia's most iconic beach, The Royal Beach House Bondi can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests with 8 in its 4 bedrooms plus a comfy couch that converts to another double bed in the upstairs living area for the additional 2 guests.

The new master retreat is over 40 sqm and provides a 'next level' resort experience with a super king bed, its own gas fireplace, minibar, Smart TV, and private balcony. A walk-through wardrobe takes you through to the 6 star ensuite with heated flooring, divine Italian bath, twin vanities with LED lighting, heated towel rail and twin rain-shower.

The second upstairs bedroom is especially cosy with its own smart light system and a groovy egg chair hanging from the 4 meter ceiling- a great spot to chill and read.

The exposed beams in the upstairs ceiling have been reclaimed from the old Sydney Fish Markets Pier- connecting this sleek modern beach-kissed design with a significant historical landmark of our iconic city.

The freshly renovated downstairs area boasts a stunning open plan kitchen, dining and living space perfect for entertaining yet cosy enough for an intimate family meal by the island bench top. New German appliances with induction stove and teppanyaki grill along with a stunning gas fireplace, beautiful high ceilings, a bar with wine fridge and impressive modern art make this house feel fresh and inviting.

Great for entertaining, the open plan living area flows out onto the large outdoor deck with large wooden table and bench seating for 8, an outdoor kitchen including BBQ that rolls out onto a resort style pool area.

Open the pool gate into your own private resort featuring a plunge pool with 2 double sun loungers and umbrella so you can relax and sunbathe while listening to the sound of our water feature and tunes through the outdoor bluetooth speakers.

Bedroom 3, downstairs is extra large with a queen size bed, built in robe and private desk. Bedroom 4 also has a queen size bed with private ensuite with rain shower and a smart TV.

The main bathroom has an oversized free standing bathtub perfect for a long soak for 1 or 2.

The home has laundry facilities upstairs (washing machine and dryer).

We are not a party house and do not allow bookings for guests planning to have parties. We live in a beautiful neighbourhood and our neighbours have small children so we are conscious of being considerate of their needs.
