Guests can relish Sydney’s bustling inner-city lifestyle from this central apartment designed for both long and short stays. Combining art deco charm while retaining its original industrial aesthetic throughout including exposed beams and high ceilings, the lobby is instantly intriguing with an artistic bent that sets the mood for this historical building.
Arriving at your apartment, it has a contemporary feel, flooded with natural light thanks to oversized windows. A private courtyard holds character with printed artwork and is furnished with cosy seating, while a monochrome kitchen comes clad in subway tiles with chrome accents and high-end appliances encouraging you to whip up a meal at home. There’s a small dining table – which doubles as a dedicated workspace – and comfy sofa fronting a central TV.
The queen bedroom offers a cosy space to rest your head, and the double sofa bed in the living room can be set up for an additional person. The refined bathroom highlights a combination bathtub and shower allowing guests to refresh with ease. There are large wardrobes for storing your belongings, while in-unit laundry facilities add to your daily convenience.
Go for a dip in the shared swimming pool or completely reset your senses with the use of the residential sauna, hot tub and gym. You will find public transport links right at the front door.
During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself, inc. the private internal couryard, and access to communal facilities including the swimming pool, sauna and gym. Please make yourself at home!
The waterfront suburb of Pyrmont combines heritage streetscapes with notable dining and entertainment. Footsteps to Darling Harbour, it is an excellent base for exploring the city centre and notable attractions such as Town Hall, Queen Victoria Building and Sydney Tower Eye. The neighbourhood offers lovely waterfront parks, cliff top walking trails and interesting architecture. It’s also home to the world-famous Sydney Fish Market, located on the harbour at Blackwattle Bay. Head here for your fill of fresh seafood and iconic views. Or eat your way through The Star’s signature restaurants including Sokyo, Momofuku Seiōbo and Black Bar and Grill.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.
We are pet-friendly - please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking. We’ll reach out to charge a standard pet fee of $50.
~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.
~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.
Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
