The Space:
The apartment features 1 queen-sized bedroom, a kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a fridge with freezer, and 1 bathroom. There is free WiFi and a TV. Please also note that the spectacular positioning of this apartment in a quiet culdesac on Embankment Park gives guests a tree top view from the kitchen and lounge room and the city views of the harbour, Bridge and Sydney Opera House can be taken in from the rooftop.

The well maintained laundry on the ground floor takes gold coins for both the washing machine and the dryer.
The apartment is centrally located. Situated in Sydney, 2.7 km from Lady Martins Beach and 2.3 km leisurely stroll from Art Gallery of New South Wales and the beautiful Boy Charlton Swimming Pool. This apartment is 3.4 km from Harbour Bridge and 3.5 km from Sydney Opera House. A quick 10 minute walk to the Kings Cross train station.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

Guests can have peaceful enjoyment of the rooftop swimming pool which is accessible using the fob key.

There is a coin operated barbecue on the rooftop.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
There is no guest parking on the complex. You will find up to 4 hour parking in the streets around the building and longer term parking in the Kings Cross parking station in Ward St. There are also share ride cars parked by GoGet nearby.

Getting Around:
If you need a car you can download the share car company - GoGet App and book a car. There are at least 4 just outside. UBER operates heavily in this area and there is a train station 10 minutes away. This is an area where people walk everywhere, into the city for example, as its all so convenient.

Other Things to Note:
As well as the apartment and the lift lobby, you can access the roof top from level 7 using your access fob. The laundry facilities are also accessible from the lift lobby. The garbage area is through the laundry or accessed from the car park.

We ask that all guests move quietly around the shared spaces in the building. Please keep voices to a minimum in the level 5 lobby. The rooftop swimming pool and BBQ area is available for your use but please acquaint yourselves with the time of use restrictions imposed as well as the cleaning requirements if food is consumed.

Please note that a copy of valid photo ID of all adult guests staying is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
