About this property
With breathtaking views over Rose Bay beach & Sydney's iconic harbour, this bright & spacious top-floor whisper-quiet apartment is in a boutique beachfront block of 9 units, secluded from the rd with a beautiful common garden leading onto the sandy beach of Rose Bay....a very magical piece of Sydney!
The space
The apartment is well laid out, large rooms with plenty of space, the bedrooms rooms both have built in cupboards, the luxury mattresses ensure a great sleep, the bathroom comes with a tub and shower
There are separate living areas and dining/kitchen, with dishwasher and washer dryer, there is a clothes line down stairs, or a clothes rack in the apartment so plenty of options to choose from.
The apartment is filled with natural light, good ventilation, and a STUNNING view of Sydney Harbour and city, a truly incredible outlook and a perfect way to have your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine! On a nice day you may wish to have breakfast around the garden table, or better still, the beach that the apartment block backs on to, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and wind surfs, a great way to spend the day!
Rose Bay is an under estimated Eastern Suburbs gem! It has all the shops, cafes and restaurants you need to never leave the area, and is also so centrally located, making it easy to get around-you can ride the Rose Bay ferry for a super quick and unique commute to the City or even Manly (a great way to see Sydney is by boat), otherwise the bus stop to the city is just across the rd from the apartment, you can also get a bus to Bondi Beach or Junction or walk to Bondi Beach in 25 min and just a 5min taxi to the night life of Double Bay. There are incredible walks in the national parks near the apartment which boast Harbour Beaches like: Milk Beach, Red Leaf, Shark Beach and Parsley Bay. If you are in to scenic walks you can walk along the Eastern suburbs coastline, which is breath taking!.... As mentioned the area caters for everything!:)
Also, about, a 20 min bus ride will take you to Potts Point, where you can visit the local theatres, or walk through the tree lined streets to Woolloomooloo, The Botanical Gardens, The Art Gallery or Lady Macquarie's Chair.
