Unique Gorgeous Waterfront property on Pittwater with Jetty and flat back yard

When the house was designed by environmental architects the intention was to have this sustainable house to have a bit of a resort feel which it has. It is a large house with 5 Bedrooms (one will not be available). Three bedrooms are set up to sleep 6 people comfortably and the house has 3 bathrooms. The fourth bedroom could be used to put an inflatable mattress down if required. The house has everything you will need for a fabulous stay including a back yard pizza oven and 2 outdoor settings with umbrellas, 2 retro pinball machines, a steam room, a spa, a games room with a dartboard, a pool table and a bar fridge as well. There is even a small teppanyaki grill in the kitchen!. The main bedroom (with an ensuite), has reverse cycle air conditioning, Foxtel and a large TV plus a DVD and VHS player. There are 3 Smart TV's in the house that all have their own Foxtel box. All 3 Foxtel boxes have all of the movie and sporting channels as well.

There are gas (fake log) fires for winter in the lower lounge room and the pool room. The house has 3 decks and a totally flat back yard which is pretty rare for around here. One deck is very large with a BBQ and outdoor setting with an umbrella and there is also another deck that is undercover and great for when it is raining. It has a BBQ as well. Both BBQ's run off large gas bottles so no need to run around filling gas bottles. Also, there is an exercise bike upstairs and a small home gym set in the third bedroom downstairs. You can catch a fish off the jetty or go for a swim if you like. There is lots to do here and a lot to keep the kids occupied.

The house has a double lock up garage where you can also enter the house if it's raining and there is room for a third car in the driveway. You could fit a fourth car if you really had to.

I think you will love the house just as much as i do..........
