About this property

This is an elegantly designed one bedroom terrace in the heart of Surry Hills. It is quiet and peaceful, with a nice courtyard terrace where you can unwind at the start/end of your day. It has a private entrance, a comfortable bed & generous shower. You can also host a third guest on the comfortable couch downstairs. The terrace also has a leafy green outlook. It is surrounded by trees and plants so you’ll feels like you are in a Balinese oasis. This is a small yet very comfortable home away from home. It is right next to the city, with the tram at your doorstep running to the city main attractions every 3-4 mins. To maintain the small garden, guest are requested to water the plants once per week if staying over 10 days. This is a Japanese style house, so quests are kindly requested, not to use shoes inside the house. Washable slippers will be provided if guests didn’t bring their own. This is a strictly non smoking not gatherings or parties house. Only guests are allowed inside the premises. Thank you in advance for understanding.
